AutoGrow automates social media engagement actions on third-party platforms. This activity may violate those platforms' Terms of Service. By creating an account, you acknowledge and accept all risks described in Section 3, including the possibility of account suspension or permanent ban.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the AutoGrow platform and services (collectively, the "Service"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and AutoGrow ("AutoGrow," "we," "us," or "our"). You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
AutoGrow provides software tools that automate certain social media engagement actions on behalf of users, including but not limited to: following, unfollowing, liking, commenting, viewing stories, subscribing, and sending direct messages across third-party social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter/X, Facebook, and Spotify (collectively, "Third-Party Platforms").
AutoGrow is an independent software company and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected with any Third-Party Platform.

Each Third-Party Platform maintains its own Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and usage policies. Most major social media platforms, including those listed above, explicitly prohibit or restrict the use of automated tools, bots, or third-party software that perform actions on a user's behalf without that platform's express authorization.
By using AutoGrow, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
AutoGrow designs its software to mimic human behavior patterns in an effort to reduce detection risk. However, AutoGrow makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that its software will avoid detection, that your use of the Service will comply with any Third-Party Platform's terms, or that your accounts will not be suspended or banned.
You assume full and sole responsibility for ensuring your use of AutoGrow complies with all applicable Third-Party Platform terms, policies, and guidelines. AutoGrow shall bear no liability whatsoever for account bans, suspensions, content removal, or any other consequence resulting from your use of the Service.
AutoGrow makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty regarding the number of followers, subscribers, likes, views, comments, or any other engagement metric you may gain through use of the Service. Results vary significantly based on factors outside AutoGrow's control, including but not limited to: your content quality, posting frequency, niche relevance, target audience selection, Third-Party Platform algorithm changes, platform-enforced rate limits, and your account's existing standing and history.
Any testimonials, case studies, or results displayed on the AutoGrow website or marketing materials represent individual experiences and are not typical. Individual results will vary. AutoGrow does not guarantee that any user will achieve results similar to those described in any testimonial. See our Results Disclaimer for realistic expectations.
The follow-back rate (the percentage of accounts that follow you back after AutoGrow follows them on your behalf) typically ranges from 5% to 30% depending on niche, content quality, platform, and targeting. AutoGrow makes no guarantee of any specific follow-back rate.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoGrow and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
The AutoGrow platform, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and all other content, is owned by or licensed to AutoGrow and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your personal or business use in accordance with these Terms.
AutoGrow does not store your social media passwords. We use encrypted session cookies (AES-256-GCM encryption) to maintain authenticated sessions with Third-Party Platforms on your behalf. Your session data is encrypted at rest and never shared with third parties.
You may request deletion of all your data at any time by contacting [email protected]. AutoGrow will process deletion requests within 30 business days.
AutoGrow's collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference.
AutoGrow offers a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied for any reason within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, contact [email protected] for a full refund — no questions asked.
After the 7-day guarantee period, all payments are non-refundable, including in cases of account bans or suspensions on Third-Party Platforms. AutoGrow reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to existing subscribers.
AutoGrow reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including in cases where AutoGrow determines you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting support. Upon termination, Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, and 12 of these Terms survive.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in Riverside, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
AutoGrow reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
